How long will the preserved flowers last?
The flowers used in my pieces are preserved & carefully dried, which allows them to last for years when properly cared for. To keep them looking their best, avoid water, moisture, perfumes, & prolonged direct sunlight, as these can slowly cause fading or changes over time.
If well cared for, your pieces can stay beautiful & intact for a very long time, each one naturally aging in its own unique way.
Are your butterfly & moth wings ethically sourced?
Yes. Any insects used in my work are ethically sourced from suppliers that do not harm or kill insects for the purpose of art. They are typically sourced from butterfly farms, conservation programs, or specimens that have died naturally.
I only use materials that align with respect for nature, so nothing is taken from the wild in a harmful way.
Are Pixie pieces handmade?
Yes. Pieces are designed & assembled by hand in small batches. Because of this, each item has its own unique character & slight variations.
How should I care for my pieces?
To keep your pieces in the best condition, avoid water, perfume, lotions, & harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are your pieces fragile?
Some pieces are delicate due to the nature of handmade materials, but they are made to be worn & enjoyed with normal care.
Do your metals tarnish or change over time?
Metal components may naturally develop slight changes over time depending on wear & care. Proper storage helps preserve their finish longer.
How often do you release new pieces?
New pieces are released periodically based on inspiration, materials, & seasonal themes rather than a fixed schedule.
Do you restock items?
Some designs may return in small batches, but many pieces are limited edition. If something sells out, it may not come back in the same form.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom work is available on a limited basis depending on my current workload. If you have an idea, you can reach out through the contact page & I'll let you know if it's possible.

Yes. All orders are packaged beautifully & are ready for gifting upon arrival.

Most orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, tracking is provided once your order is shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are handmade & often one of a kind, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so I can help resolve it.
